Ten years in a busy city practice taught her that most visits are too short. She started Tamsa to make them longer.

Tamsa works alongside your family doctor and is not an emergency service. If you feel unwell suddenly, call your local emergency number.
I'd had blood tests every year for a decade and never knew what any of it meant. Dr. Raman went through every line. I left with three things to do, not thirty.
The first visit was ninety minutes and it didn't feel long. No doctor had ever asked about my sleep before asking about my cholesterol.
Teo texts me on Monday mornings. That's the whole secret. I walk more because someone asks.
Jonas didn't hand me a diet. He looked at what I already cook and changed two things. I've kept both.
Sent the form on a Sunday night and spoke to someone on Tuesday. Clear prices, no surprises on the receipt.
I gave my father a check-up for his seventieth. He grumbled the whole way there, then asked when the next one is.

No, we work alongside them. We focus on prevention and long visits. Your family doctor stays your first stop when you're ill, and for prescriptions and referrals.
Looking at the whole picture — sleep, food, stress, movement and family history — next to standard, well-established tests. We don't sell supplements and we don't offer unproven treatments.
We don't bill insurers directly. You get an itemised receipt to send to your insurer yourself, and some plans pay part of it back.
Yes. Monthly plans can be paused or cancelled with 30 days' notice. Yearly plans are refunded for the full months you haven't used.

Tell us how to reach you and what you'd like help with. We'll call or email within one working day to find a time.
